Loft Jam band in full flow down at Purple orange arts venue ..
Raising funds for our very own Bathgate Institute and Snooker Hall .

Hello all..
As you know the institute is ran by volunteers..and does not sit cash rich.

We have a company threatening to sue us for NOT using their services.. (as we do and have always used British gas..) but they claim to have a contract signed by us. The name on the contract is not even the correct spelling of one of our signatories and its a digital signature.

Do we have any lawyers here that can advise?
They are threatening to take us to court.. but cant see how..we've never used their service and never agreed to either. Smacks of fraud and fear mongering.

Wee update on prizes for the raffle at the charity music night at purple orange.

Brand new Airfryer ( rrp £200) ....
2 hrs snooker time free x 3
2 x £50 vouchers for rhe Kilt Studio
Litre bottle whisky
2 hrs landscaping/ gardening of any kind ie, grass cutting, hedge strmming etc.
Wine bottles and many many more..

Come listen to some live music, have a dance and support a good cause..

Tickets available in the Bathgate Institute and Snooker Hall or on the door, on the night.
Again..with people in mind..price is only £5
There will be live music..a raffle and other games..
