Felty Happy Creatures I started felty happy creatures for one simple reason, I was looking for something like this for my daughter and couldn't find it.

Using homemade felt creatures we perform stories and run weekly storytelling workshops, both here in school, nurseries and other settings. Please see our page for upcoming events. Also occasional updates on our chickens too...
I started this regular group for one simple reason, I was looking for something like this for my daughter and couldn't find it. I had been telling nature influenced storie

s, using my own puppets made from natural fabrics such as felt, for some time and children enjoy them. I wanted to develop this so that children could take ownership of the stories and create their own characters and plots. And that was the birth of Happy Felty Creatures. I run storytelling groups as well as other workshops, in my own workshop as well as other venues, such as schools, nurseries and festivals. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
