Barre Fit classes start back next week, Wednesday evenings in Weston, Bath

This is a low impact full body workout to an upbeat soundtrack. Classes tone, strengthen and improve posture. Prepare to sweat but mostly to have fun. No prior experience is necessary.

Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm Parish Hall, Weston, Bath

£96 for 8 week term (£12 per class)

A new term of yoga classes at The New Oriel Hall in Larkhall start next week, Monday 7th & Thursday 10th September.

Classes are held in a nice bright yet cosy space. Some mats and bricks are provided if you don't have your own. Zoom is also an option if you can't make it in.

There two classes to choose from. Monday evening Power yoga, a more physically challenging class, yet still taught mindfuly with plenty of options in a supportive, fun and encouraging environment.
Or a Thursday morning Hatha class, slower pace, mixing traditional asanas with gentle flow and pranayama and relaxation. Participants often going for coffee after to socialize. Larkhall has a friendly community.

Monday evening Power 6:30-7:30pm

Thursday morning Hatha 9:15-10:15am

£96 for 8 week term (£12 per class)

A new term of yoga classes in Weston, Bath, starts next week, Tuesday 8th & Wednesday 9th September

Classes are in nice big spacious hall, with plenty of room to stretch, 🙂 suitable for all levels of experience, age and gender, with a lovely community environment. There a few mats to borrow if you don't have your own. No Zoom options but classes can be swapped if you miss one. Or a Zoom recording from another class.

There are two classes on choose from:

Tuesday mornings 9:10-10:10am at The Moravian

Wednesday evenings 7:30-8:30pm at The Parish Hall

£96 for 8 week term (£12 per class)

A new term of yoga classes in Timsbury start next week, Monday 7th & Tuesday th September

Classes are Balance, The Countryside Gym a beautiful fully equipped studio in a countryside setting. There's outdoor space if we're lucky to get some nice September weather and a welcoming community vibe.

Classes are small so you get lot's of attention. There is also the option to Zoom in if you can't get to the studio. Zoom recordings are alao available for missed classes.

There are 4 classes to choose from:

Monday mornings 8-9am or 9:15-10:15am

Tuesday evenings 6:15-7:15pm or 7:30-8:30pm

8 week term is £96 (£12 per class)

I'm running a few yoga classes in August that are available to drop-in for £14

Tuesdays 4th & 11th
9:10am at The Moravian Free Curch, Weston, Bath. Large cool hall, plenty of space so just drop-in. And there's a car park if needed.

6:15pm or 7:30pm at Balance Countryside Studio, Timsbury, Bath (Both evening classes are also available via Zoom) Beautiful outside space. The earlier class gets busy so please DM me to check availability first.

Thursdays 6th, 13th & 20th
9:15am at New Oriel Hall, Larkhall, Bath (also available via Zoom) We will be in the Main Hall so plenty of space.

Normal class schedule will resume on 7th September. Termly booking opening soon.
