We know how important it is that everyone feels welcome and able to enjoy our spaces—whether you're planning your wedding or coming along to a special event.

The Roman Baths might be over 2,000 years old, but making the site as accessible as possible is something we’re always working hard on. In fact, it’s been recognised by Euan’s Guide as one of the UK’s top wheelchair accessible wedding venues, which we’re really proud of.

Around 90% of the site is accessible to wheelchair users, with lifts connecting key areas and step-free routes where possible. Our team is always on hand to help, especially where there are historic surfaces or steps to navigate.

You’ll also find accessible facilities, seating areas, multimedia guides (including BSL and descriptive options), and a warm welcome for assistance dogs.

Most importantly, our team is here to support you—friendly, knowledgeable, and trained to make sure every guest feels comfortable and included.
