Reporting to the manager, responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the cafe and bar and a small team of one or two others. Simple food preparation, presentation and serving, bar sales, cleaning and washing up, stock control, events promotion and involvement, personnel management and customer service will all be a key part of the role so flexibility will be essential as will a calm and pleasant manner. Some evening and weekend working will be required. This is a part-time role requiring approx. 20 - 25 hours per week.
