We are delighted to host the 4th Annual Photography Exhibition by Basingstoke Camera Club, showcasing more than 100 captivating images created by both experienced and emerging photographers.

This inspiring exhibition celebrates the creativity, skill, and diverse perspectives of the club's members, featuring a wide range of subjects and photographic styles. Visitors can also explore a special Wall of Fame, highlighting photographers who have recently achieved success in club competitions and earned prestigious international awards.

The Queen Mary's College (QMC) Annual Exhibition is currently on display in our gallery until 14 June.

This inspiring showcase features outstanding work from graduating students across a range of creative disciplines, including Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Communication, and Textiles. The exhibition celebrates the talent, creativity, and achievements of the next generation of artists and designers, offering visitors a glimpse into the diverse and exciting work being produced at QMC.

Feel free to visit and support these emerging creatives before the exhibition closes on 14 June.

Monica’s work focuses mainly on still life paintings in acrylics, often enriched with textured palette knife techniques. She also enjoys creating portraits, exploring colour, light, and atmosphere through striking contrasts of shade and tone. An active part of the local art community, Monica has exhibited in numerous exhibitions and is a dedicated member of Odiham Art Group as well as an exhibiting member of Farnham Art Society.

We had a wonderful watercolour donuts workshop led by local artist Arti Chauhan, with participants exploring colour, layering, texture and playful details in a relaxed and friendly setting.

It was fantastic to see everyone’s individual style come through — from soft washes to colourful icing and sprinkles — and each participant took home their own delicious-looking watercolour artwork.
