Kicking off a huge summer

13/05/2026

We’re hiring a Finance & Office Manager.

This role is an important one for us – the person in this position helps keep the whole business running smoothly day-to-day, while also being a warm and steady presence for the team.

It’s fixed-term cover, so we’re approaching the process thoughtfully and looking for someone who’s not only organised and capable, but genuinely good with people too.

The role includes:
→ Bookkeeping + payroll
→ Cashflow + management reporting
→ HR/admin support

We’ve already automated a lot of the repetitive stuff, and we’re big believers in using AI and systems properly to make work better.

Hybrid, flexible hours, amazing team.

If it sounds like your kind of thing (or someone you know), send a CV and a short note to [email protected] – or see full details below.

Fixed-term sick leave cover | ~30 hours, flexible | hybrid | Basingstoke
