Time to introduce the final piece of the puzzle for Triple Threat Theatre’s ‘Our Favourite Things’, being performed at The Haymarket, Basingstoke on Saturday 16th November 2024…

⭐️⚪️💜This is Nick Brannam 💜⚪️⭐️

Nick is an award-winning freelance Director and Choreographer of mainly Musical Theatre productions. Having obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Performing Arts and performed in over 90 productions, both amateur and professional, Nick has honed his craft learning from professional creatives, despite not having had formal Conservatoire training.

He, in additional to directing and choreographing our show, will be your compère on Saturday evening.

Unfortunately, Jodie Steele, who was to have led the workshop, is now otherwise engaged tomorrow, so we will sadly be unable to continue with the workshop. It’s not cancelled just postponed! All those who were booked on have all received an email.

For any budding Galileos, Scaramouches or those who want to learn about the other side of performances.

Hot on the heels of performing '20' (have you got your ticket yet?) BNG will be looking for our next cast for a bit of a different musical theatre experience! This will be a two-week intensive daytime workshop performing, set-building, learning about lighting, sound - a full theatre experience - culminating in three performances of We Will Rock You (Young@Part)!

There will be two pre-audition workshops, held on Thursday 5th May and 12th May at 7:30pm (you only need to attend one) and audition on Sunday 15th May. The workshops will take place during the week from Monday 25th July to Friday 5th August from 10am until 5pm (weekend off) with performances of the show on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th August.

Cost for workshop will be £5 (payable in advance) and cost of the two-week workshop for the successful cast will be £150 - equivalent to £15 per day or £2.14 per hour! You will only need to provide your own lunch and snacks.

The usual show age limit will apply (7 - 18 years or still at 6th Form College), however lower primary school age parents should consider whether their child would be able to undertake an intensive fortnight workshop with very long days before registering.

Director will be Owen White, Musical Director is Tori Eglin and choreographer is Hollie Parks.
