First visit to a Jiggy baby session?

Your Safe, Supportive Space Starts Here

Walking into your first Jiggy baby class can feel a little daunting, but it really doesnโ€™t need to be.

Thereโ€™s no such thing as a โ€œperfectโ€ baby here. If your baby cries, needs a cuddle, falls asleep or wants to stop for a feed โ€” thatโ€™s completely okay. Really! Every single mum in the room has been there and your leader understands it all too. Youโ€™ll be met with smiles, not judgment.

Jiggys isnโ€™t just about music and movement โ€” itโ€™s about connection, support, and taking a little time for you. Your mental wellbeing matters just as much as your babyโ€™s needs and this is a safe, welcoming space where both are cared for.

So come as you are - tears, feeds, messy hair and all. No pressure, no expectations, just a room full of mums figuring it out together!

A huge thank you to the gorgeous babies (and their wonderful grown ups!) who joined us at Beggarwood today. It was such a lovely afternoon watching our littlest wrigglers exploring all our creepy crawly props and watching the bubbles float by ๐Ÿซง

What a buzz down at Hatch Warren this morning! ๐Ÿชฒโœจ

Our mixed session was busy, and it was so lovely to see all the big wrigglers and smaller wrigglers exploring together. And our babies were just adorable, as always!

We dived straight into our Creepy Crawly week, and everyone did an amazing job marching like ants and buzzing like bees! ๐Ÿ
