Hello everyone. Please "like, share and tag your friends"
We have a little "get together Jam" going on at Plaza section of the War Memorial Skatepark Basingstoke on the 14th October. This will run alongside the rescheduled event that was rained off a couple of weeks back.

You may or may not be aware, the users of Basingstoke are currently building awareness for the need of an indoor skatepark in the town which the council are fully behind.
The Jam is open to all abilities on quads or blades and inclusive of all ages.

Even if you dont want to skate, just come and hang out with your family. The more people that show face the more support we get.
We would everyone to come down to show Basingstoke Council what a thriving scene we have and now is the time to be investing in it.

Just to qualify, the park IS NOT OPENING this Wednesday, don't know who is spreading these rumors but please stop!

Canvas have said that they are HOPING to be finished of this Friday but they have a days work to do first, so don't be waiting at the fences expecting to ride!

Please bare in mind that this ISN'T confirmed as the containers and road have to be lifted.

There has been report's of scooter kids using the skatepark and pump track?!?!?!

If you know who they are or considering going into the compound, DON'T BE SELFISH!!!

The tarmac lips will get battered by the scooter decks and your skinny wheels will rutt out the berms!l especially in the heat! Just wait a couple more weeks and don't be selfish! Not to mention the delays to the project if there is an injury on the site!
