We offer four fabulous, mirrored dance studios with Harlequin flooring, a large reception area with refreshments available, full wheelchair access and facilities, and a specialised dance wear sho

p offering a large range of shoes and clothing for all your dance and fitness activities. We are very proud to be able to offer you a complete “Performing Arts” programme, including: Musical Theatre, Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz. We are striving to make Dance and Fitness accessible to everyone. So regardless of your age and ability you will feel confident to join in one of our classes. We are proud to offer you a safe, relaxed, and friendly environment and look forward to spending many happy hours of dance and fitness with you. What We Offer

Our dedicated team of instructors hold various qualifications with our very own A to Z of Dance and Fitness:

Acro, Adult Social Dancing, American Smooth, Annual Show, Ballet, Ballroom, Cheerdance, Children’s Holiday Workshops, Classical Sequence, Gym Dance, Hip Hop, Kettlercise, Kids Clubs, Latin American, Line Dancing, Lyrical, Modern Jazz, Modern Sequence, Musical Theatre, Pilates, Salsa, Step Reebok, Street, Tap and more! All instructors are CRB checked and fully qualified. If you would rather have one to one tuition then we are happy to offer private classes with a member of our team. Alternatively you are can bring a group of friends for your own private class.

There’s nothing quite like getting caught up in the World Cup atmosphere, especially when England are playing. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

To bring that energy into our dance community, we’re inviting everyone to wear football-themed, England gear to classes whenever England play—whether it’s a shirt, scarf, or anything red and white. 🥅⚽️🧣👕

It’s your chance to really kick off the spirit, score some style points, and show you’re a true fan in the stands (even if you’re in the studio 😂). Let’s make it a top of the league tournament and keep the Three Lions pride on the ball!

Does your child have bundles of energy? Love to stretch, roll and try tricks at home!

Our floor based Gymnastics sessions are the perfect class for those energetic youngsters who want to flip, cartwheel, split and tumble!

Our independent Mini Gym class is a fabulous introduction to this style focussing on flexibility & balance, basic gym skills using our gym equipment, which develop into fabulous floor based skills including rolls, walkovers, handsprings, aerials and tumbles!
