Friends At Barton Friends At Barton (FAB for short) is a Community Theatre Group in
Barton-upon-Humber. Friends at Barton is a Community Theatre Group in North Lincolnshire.

Our shows are performed in aid of both local and National Charities. We have helped Scunthorpe Samaritans, The Brain Tumour Org, Lindsey Lodge Hospice, St.Andrews Hospice with our production of A Christmas Carol. The Snow Queen was in aid of The Children's Heart Surgery Fund, Alzheimers Research Uk and The Queen Street Preservation Trust. Our forthcoming Alice in Wonderland is in aid of Jerry Green Dog Rescue and St.Mary's Church Barton Roof Fund.

TICKETS ARE ON SALE FROM THURSDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER! Oh, yes they are!!!
This year, Friends At Barton celebrate ten incredible years of bringing magical, must-see shows to The Joseph Wright Hall in Barton. What better way to celebrate the last ten years than with a return to the title that started them on their way...A Christmas Carol...but this time with a Panto twist! BAH,HUMBUG!
FAB was created with a simple but powerful mission: to produce high-quality local Community Theatre whilst raising money for both local and national charities. Thanks to the amazing, loyal audiences we have managed to raise thousands of pounds along the way and we couldn't have done it without you. The audience is the final cast member to bring the show to life! THANK-YOU for making our last ten years a joy. A Christmas Carol, The Snow Queen, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Mother Goose, Goldilocks and the Three Bears...you've been there for us!
Join us for a side-splitting, song-filled, sparkle-soaked Pantomime. Grumpy old Scrooge is back! He's about to be visited by ghosts, giggles and a whole lot of festive chaos! Expect outrageous comedy, toe-tapping tunes, booing, cheering and plenty of chances to shout "Behind you!" Packed with Pantomime magic, mayhem and a heart-warming message, this is a Christmas cracker for the whole family. A Dickens of a PHANTOMime!

Thank-you to InternetTY and Barton upon Humber Lions Club CIO for very kindly sponsoring the show this year. Community businesses supporting a community show. THAT'S community spirit! It enables FAB to keep ticket prices low to ensure that more families can enjoy an early Christmas treat.
This year we will be raising funds for Friends of Barton Parks and Baysgarth House Museum. Two very worthy causes that will benefit the town.
All info is on the poster and it would be lovely to see you at Wilderspin & National School Museum on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am to 3pm to choose your seats and purchase tickets. We really appreciate your support. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! x

It's never too early to announce FAB's next Panto! 10 years ago our first production was A Christmas Carol, so to celebrate our 10th Anniversary we'll be doing a full-on Panto version called BAH, HUMBUG! Oh, yes we will!!! Thanks once again to the amazing Paul Lawrence Clapp for another stunning teaser image. The full poster with all the info will be out later in the year. Friends At Barton managed to raise £1,342 with our Panto Goldilocks and the Three Bears which will be split with our chosen charities Jen's Special Place and Barton Upon Humber Men in Sheds. Thank you for supporting and the next Panto will be announced early next year. x
