Still smiling after providing my first Owlbright Learning birthday party. The birthday girl and guests crafted clay hedgehogs, spinning tops, bracelets and crowns all with carefully selected materials to inspire their making.

I had fun experimenting with different print making techniques today at my kitchen table. Ready for Wednesday at Pendle Plant Craft and for my after school clubs too.

That's another year at Barrowford Primary School complete. And what gorgeous books! Hand printed or painted, careful use of a cradle and awl to prepare for hand sewing with waxed thread, and concentration to get everything bound together. I'm very impressed :-)
