Employment opportunites

In-Situ, based in Nelson nr, Burnley, have got two great roles available and I would welcome your support in promoting them through your networks.

They're a really interesting company, working in a non-hierarchical way with a flat pay structure.

Role 1: Programme and Practice

· Salary: £30,686 (In-Situ flat rate)

· 35 hrs per week

· Fixed term contract

(up until end of current NPO period March 2026 with possible extension to March 2027)

· Application deadline: 12 noon on Monday 20th May

· Interviews: Tuesday 4th June at The Garage

Role 2: Programme and Partnerships (This Is Nelson)

· Salary: £30,686 pro rata (In-Situ flat rate) Actual Salary: £28,987, pro rata 30 hrs/wk

· 30 Hours per week

· Fixed term contract (up until end March 2026)

· Application deadline: 12 noon on Monday 20th May

· Interviews: Monday 3rd June at The Garage
