⚡️JULY CLASS BOOKING FOR CROFTLANDS⚡️

If you fancy coming along to one of my Ulverston classes at Croftlands in JULY… booking is now open!

Classes are now £6 and can only be booked via bank transfer prior to attending. If you cannot make the class there are no refunds and no transfer of the class booked. If I happen to cancel the class for any reason you will get the chance of a refund or to move your date.

2 YEARS AT FAB

2 years ago today on Friday 7th June I taught my first class at Fab Fitness in Barrow. I was so anxious about starting somewhere new so soon after leaving Everlast but I was armed with a secret weapon. That secret weapon was the handful of people who left Everlast as soon as I did and followed me to Fab and joined me at my first class. It was a crazy time but that meant the world to me and what a journey we’ve had.

This post goes out to everybody at Fab for making me feel so welcome over the last 2 years. I’m having a great time and I hope you are too! Doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun 🤭
