This year is all about celebration, connection, and that incredible feeling of coming together nationwide.

You may recognise it from the very first few beats… upbeat, uplifting, and full of heart, with a message that couldn’t fit TAPATHON better🎶

DANCE IS GOOD FOR BODY AND MIND - and dance is for everyone, regardless of age, experience and physique.

At Neat Feet we've always known that you can dance yourself happier and now science has proved it. Below is an excerpt from an article in The Independent.

'The exercises experts are urging doctors to prescribe for depression

'The most effective exercises for tackling symptoms of depression and anxiety include running, swimming and dancing, a new study suggests.

'Group workouts may offer even greater benefits for those with depression, especially young adults and new mothers.

Researchers, whose findings were published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, are urging mental health professionals to "prescribe exercise with the same confidence as traditional treatments".'

We have two new classes starting this week for beginners in school years one and up.

TUESDAYS at 4.00 is MODERN THEATRE DANCE. The Primary Modern syllabus was designed with Key Stage 1 skills in mind: here's a group practising the Right and Left song.

THURSDAYS at 5.00 is BALLET. Knee bends, stretchy feet, fairy runs and learning to listen, all bundled up in fun exercises.

Fully qualified teachers.

First class FREE.
