Happy World African Wild Dog Day aka Painted Dog, aka Hunting Dog aka Cape Hunting Dog aka Painted Hunting Dog, aka Painted Wolf and finally the Painted Lycaon!

Fun facts: No two Painted dogs have the same pattern like our fingerprints👍
Their large ears aren't just for hearing, like elephants these large micky mouse ears enable them cool down too.🐘
They only have 4 toe beans 🐾
They have been seen reaching speeds of 45 MPH⏩
Their catch rate is 80% way better than most of the large and big cats of Africa🐆
Once dinner is caught they will make sure everyone is fed, the pups who may get regurgitated food, injured dogs and the elderly get fed before everyone else. Sharing is caring in this pack🍗
