✨️ Panto Casting Announcement ✨️

Next up, we're incredibly pleased to announce the return of Ellesha Blakeley as part of our Ensemble team! 🎭

Ellesha is a professionally trained dancer, musical theatre performer, and fire artist. She trained at CAPA College before moving to Milton Keynes to continue her training at Dancebox Studios, where she later earned her degree.

Since graduating, Ellesha works professionally in the entertainment and events industry. Her credits include performing at a variety of festivals and events as a dancer, fire artist, disco head and much more. She also performs as a tour dancer with the tribute production Simply Swift.

Alongside her performing career, Ellesha teaches a variety of dance styles at schools, dance studios, and gymnastics academies. Most recently, she gained her cheerleading coaching qualifications.

We can't wait to welcome Ellesha back to The Academy Theatre after performing in last year's production of Cinderella. 🎉

✨️ Panto Casting Announcement ✨️

We are incredibly excited to announce that Larissa Wallington will be playing to role of Aurora in this years Christmas Pantomime! 🧑‍🎄

Larissa is a dance and singing teacher with a huge passion for musical theatre. She began training in dance and musical theatre with Academy of Dance at just five years old and spent 8 years performing in the chorus of pantomimes throughout her childhood, where her love of the stage first began.

Since then, Larissa has gone on to perform in a variety of productions, building a wealth of experience and a wonderful collection of favourite roles along the way. Her highlights include Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Becca in Everybody's Talking About Jamie, Esther Morstan-Eyre in Whodunnit!? and most recently, Scaramouche in We Will Rock You. Her portrayal of Dorothy in Chesterfield Operatic Society's The Wizard of Oz earned her a Best Performer NODA Award. An achievement she is incredibly proud of.

Away from the stage, Larissa works as a part-time dance and singing teacher. She loves inspiring the next generation of performers by sharing her passion for dance, singing and musical theatre.

Larissa is beyond excited to be making her debut at the Academy Theatre and is exciting to be starring in this years pantomime! ✨

✨️ Casting Announcement ✨️

We are so pleased to welcome Isaac Haley who will be playing the role of Prince Valiant in this year's Christmas Pantomime, Sleeping Beauty!

Isaac trained at The Arden School of Theatre in Manchester and has been working professionally since. After travelling the world on cruise ships and touring around the UK, he is delighted to be performing a little closer to home this year. Isaac has plenty of Pantomime experience, having played roles like Dick Whittington and Jack Trott. 🎭

We are so excited to see Isaac make his Academy Theatre debut this Christmas, and can't wait to see him share some festive magic! 🌟
