done (well nearly) been an amazing few weeks the lads have done us proud and the cast we have worked with have been amazing Jelli Studios are young performers working with the wonderful Jennifer Ellison and they have literally learned to march and drum over the last few weeks and done is proud

They are amazing young people and they are all lovely, we also got to work with the fantastic Dan Shipton from Black Skull Creative who never ceases to blow us away with the creativity of design

We are helping out in another performance by Sam Ryder which is very special and something we have absolutely loved being a part of

Finally everyone from BBC Eurovision from runners to catering crew to production teams have been awesome and we are so grateful

We have been very fortunate to have spent the last 2 weeks with 7 of the team travelling to LIverpool as part of Eurovision 2023 we have provided both performers as well as help and guidance with other groups and it’s been an amazing experience

We will have many people to thank after the Grand Final tomorrow but for now the guys are living the dream and enjoying every minute of the journey

Queens Platinum Jubilee done ✅ fantastic opportunity with a brilliant cast and and the best people to work with

Humbled to have done just a little something for her Majesty and represent CO in a very positive way the lads did us proud and the chance to work with Sam Ryder was just fab

Hopefully more of these type opportunities to come ###

We have some news……

CO have been asked to provide 4 snare drummers to perform with Sam Ryder on his hit song “Spaceman” at the Queens Platinum Jubilee Concert

We have been down in London since Wednesday and just had our Dress Rehearsal ready for the big show tomorrow night

We will be performing at 8.55pm tomorrow evening and can honestly say it has been an absolutely magical experience for all involved

May I take a moment to share some exciting news with you all!!

Firstly, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, I would take this opportunity to thank everyone, who took the time to register their interest for CO2022. The interest shown has been great and very humbling, highlighting the love for our organisation and as a result of this we are very pleased to confirm that we shall be “MOVING FORWARD” with our plans for our FIRST OPEN REHEARSAL WEEKEND in January, with the aim to fill a few of our remaining spots for what will be our final season as a summer drum corps.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Friends,

May I take a moment to share some exciting news with you all!!

Since the decision was made by all member organisations of Drum Corps United Kingdom to CANCEL both the 2020 & 2021 Traditional Competitive Seasons due to Coronavirus COVID-19, the Board of Trustees and Caption Managers have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare our plans for the 2022 season, for what will be our “FINAL SEASON” as a summer drum corps.

2022 will see a very light schedule compared to previous seasons. We think this is a positive as it will allow people with other commitments and responsibilities to still be part of this exciting season.

So …… if you are reading this and feeling excited about CO 2022 and NOT connected within any other organisation then please register your interest now at the link below, registrations close at Midnight on Friday 1st October 2021.
