Unfortunately, the blunt scissors, anticlimax, and my Jimmy Carr laugh had other plans 🤣

HELP! I RUINED THE BRIDE’S MAKEUP 😮🤦‍♀️

Okay, okay... not in a bad way!

The gorgeous Adam & Abbie had such an emotional reaction to seeing their ceremony illustration that there were actual tears involved 🥹

Cue me feeling absolutely awful that the makeup artist had to swoop in for an emergency touch-up... while also being secretly over the moon that they loved their illustration so much! 🥰

Honestly, making people cry wasn’t part of the service package, but I’ll happily take happy tears every time!

Congratulations again, you two ❤️

I’m yet to illustrate a ceremony and *not* cry! Honestly, I think it just shows how much I bloody LOVE what I do. ✨

I get so genuinely invested in every couple and every moment, capturing your ceremony as it happens is such a privilege, and creating something meaningful for you both means the world to me.

It usually starts with my tears… and sometimes ends with yours too (happy ones hopefully 😂🤍)
