Someone asked me recently how I stay motivated on the hard weeks. Honestly? I don't always. There are weeks where it's hard and nothing feels like it's working. But I always come back to why I started. I wanted to build something I was proud of, something that felt like mine. And on the bad weeks, that's enough to keep going. So If you're having a hard week remember, keep going. It really does turn around.

The mental load of remembering everything, organising everyone, keeping the whole thing running — and most of the time nobody even notices because when you do it well, it's invisible.
