Wow! An absolute pleasure performing alongside at 🎷

I’m very lucky to be able to perform alongside some of the very best musicians - it’s definitely one of my favourite parts of the job!

I was looking forward to this wedding in particular for months, I know Joe has a great reputation as one of the most talented saxophonists in the UK so the pressure was on to deliver a DJ set to maximise his talent and get the crowd going.

This post is a little different to my usual content. This one’s about where I get my inspiration from and who I still look up to in the DJ world.

It’s a very different setting to weddings, but the flawless transitions and simply outrageous track selections from are exactly the kind of things I take inspiration from and bring back to wedding dance floors.

Sure, I might not be playing the deepest techno tracks at your wedding (unless you’re into that, in which case let’s definitely talk 👀), but I genuinely believe there are thousands of couples out there who want something more than Bruno Mars into Ed Sheeran all night long.

Couples who want their wedding to feel like the best festival they’ve ever been to.

Sunglasses on, LED foam sticks in hand and absolute fire pumping out of the speakers. 🔥

This wedding was very special to me. G&S were the very first people to book me when I made SK Events official for their engagement party, and to be invited back for their wedding was a beautiful full-circle moment. They are an absolutely lovely couple and a dream to work work, I wish it could be their wedding every year!

An incredible full day at for Eleanor & Tom’s wedding 🌳 the couple went for the ‘All In’ package which included reception drinks DJ set, microphone and speaker hire for the wedding breakfast + speeches, and of course an epic evening party with venue uplighting. Lovely couple, great crowd, 10/10 wedding 😎
