As you know, we do not currently take deposits for barbering and hairdressing appointments.

Unfortunately, when clients don’t attend their appointment or cancel at short notice, it results in lost appointment time and earnings for our staff.

From now on, if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% charge of the service booked will be added to your next appointment.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen, and these will always be considered on an individual basis.
