SATURDAY 4TH APRIL, 4PM AT CROPREDY VILLAGE HALL. FREE ADMISSION (RESERVE A PLACE THROUGH EVENTBRITE - LINK IN COMMENTS)

Where Do Clowns Go unpacks the incredible lives of five performing artists. This fly- on- the wall documentary by Pip Furlong follows clowns from the stage to the home, and explores the happiness and sadness which drives them. Five career performers, across four countries, are all united by one thing; the draw of the stage.
Local clowns Oli Cummings and Laura Pocket, who you may know as Rimski and Handkerchief, will be attending the screening. A significant portion of the film was shot in Cropredy and Oli was born in the village, so it’s truly a homecoming event!
Further details, including youtube trailer and eventbrite link, may be found in the comments

A lovely review from one of our audience members :

"What an absolutely thoroughly enjoyable evening at our village hall last night for the play Ding D**g Verily. A triumph. My granddaughter and I had such a lovely time! Hilarious and the acting was brilliant !! Well done to all of you who put this production together!!"

After all the months of rehearsals, the pre-first night jitters and repeatedly asking ourselves "why do we do this?", it means the world to receive such positive feedback. We are thankful to everyone who came to support us.

We look forward to welcoming you to a further production or two over the course of the year, whether as new members or supporters. Watch this space for further details

- Have you heard Sue..? Tickets for A Ding D**g Verily are selling like hot, er, mince pies! Saturday night only a couple of seats left, Friday about 15 seats

- ooh they're a cultured lot round here aren't they Hilary? Won't it be lovely to see all those friendly faces cheering us on.

- Yes indeed, but they'd better phone Sarah to check availability before setting out or they may be getting more friendly with each other they bargained for. It wouldn't do to have folks sitting on each other's laps now would it?
------------

If you're planning to come and see our production this weekend please do take Hilary's sensible advice and phone 01295 758224 to ensure you have a seat to yourself . Thank you
