I guess you could call this realism I dunno but whatever you’d class it as I’m very happy with how it came out! I’ve actually never tattooed a brain before and it was very fun to do 🧠

Andrew’s sleeve is coming together so nicely I’m so so proud of this! Only a session and a lil left to go and it’ll be done! I just love blackwork and to be able to have my own creative freedom to do a whole arm in this style has been a blast 💥
