A One Day at a Time plaque isn’t just a decoration for me.

I have to remind myself constantly — my mind races to the “what ifs” of tomorrow, next month, even years from now.

For someone like me, a natural worrier, this little plaque is a daily reset. It reminds me to pause, breathe, and focus on today, letting tomorrow take care of itself.
