In this workshop we explore our own sensuality , to appreciate and love our body exactly the way it is , to accept our feminine beauty in all its glory through movement which helps open up the solar plexus , sacral and our root chakra , the life force of the body to empower ourselves finding self love and acceptance

We work with it's feminine energy at one of the highest frequencys ..as women even as we chat we move our hands or body with words, have you ever tried to talk with no hand movement lol try it, it feels so odd 😂 so dance takes away the outward chat and you really FEEL your own energy , with each move you leave the self talk of feeling silly or daft and just begin to move in the way your body talks to you ❤️
