Pleased to announce we have another beautiful
🌹Feminine Rising Workshop🌹

26th June at the harmony studio @6.30

🍄 £35 pp
Approx 90 mins
10 spaces available 🔥

Who is this for ?

Women who 💞
🌷Have lost themselves with the everyday life struggles

🧚‍♀️Changes in our body

🎈Just had a baby

💃Who want some time for themselves to feel free

🥰 Love and appreciate our body

🙏 low in confidence and self esteem

🌷 are you comfortable in your own energy

In this workshop we explore our own sensuality , to appreciate and love our body exactly the way it is , to accept our feminine beauty in all its glory through movement which helps open up the solar plexus , sacral and our root chakra , the life force of the body to empower ourselves finding self love and acceptance

We work with it's feminine energy at one of the highest frequencys ..as women even as we chat we move our hands or body with words, have you ever tried to talk with no hand movement lol try it, it feels so odd 😂 so dance takes away the outward chat and you really FEEL your own energy , with each move you leave the self talk of feeling silly or daft and just begin to move in the way your body talks to you ❤️

To book in or any questions please contact me

Much love x

Introducing Protect & Cleanse Package ✨✨

What is a house cleanse?

House cleansing has been around for centuries and is used to clear bad energy from your house. Energy is everything, and energy sticks to everything! House cleansing clears negative energy in your house, keeps you safe, creates a loving & safe environment and puts up a protection in your home✨

I have created this package for you to complete this at home, I have included; box of incense, incense holder, matches, 3 crystals, instructions and salt protection made by myself.

All crystals are fully charged by the full moon and ready to go, and the salt protection is handcrafted by myself🙏🏻
