No pressure to be flexible or any good at yoga. Just a welcoming space to move and switch off for a while.

Turns out when you put good people in comfy clothes and ask them to breathe together, you get a community.
A space where wobbling is normal, sighs are encouraged and nobody cares if your ponytail falls out.

Every week we show up, roll out the mats, settle into the rhythm and somehow the room fills with that steady, shared calm you just can’t create on your own.
