‘Aren’t you just another role play centre?’

✅ Yes we are a role play centre BUT there’s much more to us ⭐️

Inside your little ones aged 0-8 can pretend to be doctors, gardeners, firefighters, opticians and much more 🙌 Imaginations come to life in our 13 large role play areas, set over 2 floors which makes our role play centre a LOT bigger than people realise!

Babies have a little section devoted to them and soon we will have a baby area in the cafe so you can relax with a hot brew without having to reheat it 👌

BUT what else makes us different?

We end our sessions with a quick tidy up and then a calm story with snack in Louie’s Library 📚. Being read to has so many benefits BUT it also means having to leave is so much less stressful. Don’t get me wrong children don’t WANT to leave and will have a sneaky mooch round before leaving but the whole scenario is relaxed and calm rather than ‘tidy up and leave’ and I think we all enjoy a stress free home time 🕰️

Any other differences?

⭐️ Tommy Tumble Town was set up in memory of Tommy Squibbs. Our 4 year old little legend who lost his life due to leukaemia in 2024 💔
For this reason some toys are not brand new because they were his and that is something we are proud of ❤️ We certainly have many new toys but also second hand ones because saving the planet for future generations is also important to us ⭐️

📚⭐️Story and Snack Time ⭐️📚

Learning to read is important, we all know that, but being read to frequently as a child is important for many reasons. Being read to has astonishing benefits for children: comfort and reassurance, confidence and security, relaxation, happiness and fun. Giving a child time and full attention when reading them a story tells them they matter. It builds self-esteem, vocabulary, feeds imagination and even improves their sleeping patterns...that is a win for sure!

At Tommy Tumble Town, at the end of each role play session, children will be invited into ‘Louie’s Library’ for a snack and a story, read by a member of staff. These stories will be fun and engaging and are often stories that maybe new to your little one which adds awe and wonder.

Activity Garden for Hire ⭐️

Did you know that we have a large area that can be used for multiple activities?

The room is currently used for baby and toddler classes in the daytime and is used as our party room for parties and themed events 🎊

The room is available to hire in the evenings for classes/meetings and also for private hire parties outside of our normal role play hours 🙌 £25 an hour or £20 when blocked for 6 weeks or more.
