Great day at Scottish Maritime Museum at a conference on scientific glassblowing with demo from Robert McLeod and lots of interesting discussions. The day ended with a fantastic tour of the Ardagh Glass Packaging factory. I had a display along with Rainbow Glass and Inventors G1n Co.

Just finished this quite spectacular Stained Glass Bird Table Lamp! It features Blackbirds, Bluetits , Bullfinch, Heron, Silver Teal Duck with hand painted woodlands and pond. Made this last week for a’seaside’ themed party - quite a statement necklace and made with shells from Ayr beach and some green frosted glass globs! I can make more that are a bit smaller and no 2 will ever be the same! Unique. This one is now on my Etsy store - www.etsy.com/uk/shop/LeonasGlass

Finished this commission before heading to Harrogate for trade show, but just getting round to posting picture now! It may take a while to get the ‘in-situ’ pictures, as it’s currently on a ship to the Falkland Islands! 🤞🤞
