Ayr Figure Skating Club

Ayr Figure Skating Club Ayr Figure Skating Club was established in 1958 and is based at Ayr Ice Rink, 9 Limekiln Road. Skate hire is also available.

We offer a range of learn to skate classes as well as memberships and private lessons from our fully qualified coaches. Our club sessions run on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and private lessons are available from our main club coaches - Louise Young, Elise Scholes, Natalie Dallas and Sarah Shedden. Our learn to skate classes run on Saturday mornings 10.15-11am and Sunday mornin

gs 11.15-11.45am and are all led by fully qualified coaches. Classes are open to skaters of all ages and we have penguin classes for children under 5. Message us for more information and to book a class.

Provost Iain Campbell attended the South Ayrshire Sports awards on Wednesday 6 December to present the Provost Club of the Year Award.

The Provost Club of the Year Award is awarded to a South Ayrshire Sports Club affiliated to the Club Ready accreditation programme for an outstanding contribution to sport within South Ayrshire.

The winner was the Ayr Figure Skating Club. Finalists in this category were South Ayrshire Swim Team, Ayr United Football Academy, and Senjokai Karate Club.
