☀️ Adult Summer Sessions are here at KaSo! ☀️

We’re delighted to be breaking up the summer break with a fantastic week of classes from 10th–14th August!

Whether you fancy Show Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Street Dance, or prefer Pilates, Chair Fit, Cardio Fitness and gentle exercise classes to improve balance and coordination, there’s truly something for all tastes in our week of Summer Sessions.

✨ You’re welcome to attend any class during the week – not just your usual one!
✨ Dance classes will feature fresh content, while our fitness sessions will bring you all the best bits of our popular exercise classes.
✨ All classes are just £8 each.
✨ Classes will run subject to a minimum of 10 participants.
☕ And don’t forget – our café will be open throughout the week, making it the perfect place to catch up before or after class.

I think this picture perfectly captures our KaSo exercise classes 💛

Yes, we work hard… but as you can probably tell from Sophie’s face.. we also love to have a laugh along the way!

Our classes are about so much more than just exercise. They’re a safe space, a supportive community, and a place where everyone is encouraged, welcomed, and made to feel comfortable — no matter your fitness level.

We move together, motivate each other, and have fun while doing it 💪✨
