Here’s a side-by-side look at our students filming a scene from The Lotto, compared with what the camera was actually capturing.

There’s something really satisfying about seeing all the moving parts of a film set come together — the actors, camera, lighting, crew and all the little details that disappear once you see the finished shot.

🎬 120fps makes everything look better.

We normally shoot our films at 24 frames per second, but for shots like this we can crank the camera up to 120fps.

That's 5 times more frames than normal, giving us all that extra information to slow the footage down and create that smooth, cinematic slow-motion effect. And when you hit it with the right music drop... 🤌✨

This is just one of the techniques our students get to experiment with while making films in class. Real cameras, real techniques, real shots — not just learning about filmmaking, but actually doing it.
