🔥 HYROX SIMULATION EVENT 🔥

Our wee Hyrox Simulation Event on Saturday 30th May is only two weeks away!

This is a brilliant opportunity to test your fitness, experience the Hyrox format, and challenge yourself in a supportive, high-energy environment.

⏰ Waves begin at 08:30am
Waves will run every 10 minutes in mixed waves of 3 participants.

We’ll have 4 of each apparatus available on the day to allow for smooth transitions and overlap between waves.

You can take part as:

✅ Solo
✅ Doubles

Whether you’re preparing for a Hyrox event, curious about the format, or just enjoy this style of functional fitness training, this is a great chance to get involved.

We also run Hyrox classes 4 times per week:

📅 Monday — 06:15am
📅 Wednesday — 06:15am
📅 Friday — 06:15am
📅 Thursday — 17:45pm

Perfect for anyone who enjoys this type of training or wants to build confidence before the simulation event.

Spaces will be limited, so keep an eye out for booking details and get your training partners ready.

We’re putting together a Partner Match List to connect athletes who are ready to compete but need someone to team up with. Whether you're chasing a fast time or just want to challenge yourself and have a great experience, we’ll help pair you up with someone at a similar level.
