🛡️ Attleborough Pride 2026 – Public Safety Advisory
As we look forward to welcoming everyone to Attleborough Pride 2026 in Queens Square on Saturday 1 August, we would like to reassure attendees that the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending is our highest priority. We have worked closely with the relevant authorities and partner agencies to ensure appropriate measures are in place so that everyone can enjoy a safe, welcoming and family-friendly event.
To help keep everyone safe, the following arrangements will be in place throughout the day:
* Enhanced security personnel operating across the event site, supported by a visible police presence throughout the event.
* Stewards positioned throughout Queens Square to provide assistance and respond to any concerns.
* CCTV coverage operating throughout the event area.
* Dedicated first aid provision with a clearly signed First Aid Tent.
* Ongoing liaison with the emergency services and relevant partner agencies.
* An established Event Control and Incident Response Plan.
* Temporary road closures around the event site to provide a safe environment for pedestrians and visitors attending the event.
🚧 Road Closures
To protect the safety of pedestrians and those attending Attleborough Pride, temporary road closures will be in place around Queens Square for the duration of the event.
Access to the car park and surrounding properties will remain available as previously advised. We kindly ask motorists to follow all temporary traffic management signs and any directions given by stewards.

🚑 First Aid and Lost Children
If you require medical assistance at any time during the event, please visit the First Aid Tent or speak to the nearest steward or member of the event team.
Should a child become separated from their parent or guardian, or if you find a lost child, please es**rt them (or notify a steward) so they can be taken to the First Aid Tent, which will act as the designated lost children point. Parents or guardians looking for a missing child should also report directly to the First Aid Tent or speak to the nearest steward immediately.
🛡️ Help Us Keep Everyone Safe
We ask all attendees to remain aware of their surroundings, look after one another and report anything that causes concern to a steward, security officer or member of the event team. If you see something that doesn’t look right, please tell us.
Attleborough Pride is a celebration of community, diversity and inclusion. We have a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening, discriminatory or anti-social behaviour. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the event and, where appropriate, the matter will be referred to the police.
