MR & MRS OTTOWAY

Mr Andy Bear and I had the honour of traveling down to Welwyn Garden City this week to celebrate my good friend Lisa’s wedding and help decorate the venue.

This gave me the opportunity to showcase some of my new and existing props.

Due to the weather we had to change some of our decor plans and relocate some props but that’s never a problem!

How beautiful do my new boards look! (That’s not a question by the way, it’s a statement!)

Both Lisa and Luke were over the moon with what I’d done for them (including making something serious looking slightly jokey as a surprise which Luke loved- I think he thinks I’m a screw loose if I’m honest)

We had the most wonderful of days and really enjoyed the company of many people who we had never met before in a truly beautiful venue.

Seeing my good friend so happy was a complete delight. I’m so glad she’s found a good, decent and lovely man to share the rest of her life with. She truly does deserve that and he’s certainly very lucky to have her. They’re the perfect match! It meant so much to be there and to have been able to contribute to it in this manner!

Thanks for having us, it was absolutely wonderful!

Came back from our B&Q trip to find that Mike at Kustom props uk has delivered my new board which he did a sterling spray paint job on! Can’t wait to get it out for my friend’s wedding this week then it will be available to hire!

Not only is Mike a top bloke he’s amazing at what he does! Thanks so much matey! I’m over the moon!

When it’s your favourite wholesaler’s 10th birthday they get a treat from you to say thanks for all their ongoing help! I know that Debbie Jones won’t have been sad about their appearance!

The classic easel ready to welcome guests to Libby’s party!
I had a FANTASTIC time last night at Libby’s crazy bingo birthday party. Don’t think I’ve ever seen so many excited and engaged kids in one room! Credit to TJ the DJ for being so excellent with them!

I styled this easel with some of my favourite Kalisan UK Kalisan colours. Dusty rose, mirror gold, winter green and white sand. I’m sure you’ll agree they’re a beautiful but classic combination, with some pink hydrangeas to complete the aesthetic!

Was lovely to see Libby and her mum Sharon Ward this morning at the restaurant today for the morning after the night before debrief!

HUGE congratulations to Baby Bear’s big sister Ella Bear on smashing her A Levels and BTEC with a double distinction and C

Off to Manchester Met Uni in September to study international business. We’re very proud and Baby Bear’s very relieved that she won’t be moving out and commuting for her studies! (She was very worried that her sister would be leaving our home!)
