It is with a heavy heart today that I am left to announce that Silver Lining Academy of Performance CIC will no longer be running Saturday classes for the foreseeable future.

After some tough months due to the cost of living crisis we will no longer be running our regular classes on Saturdays after next week, Saturday 29th of October. We plan to hopefully run workshops, private lessons and other events in the new year however for now the school will be closing.

We would like to thank everyone who has worked for SLAP and everyone who has supported us, we have truly created something incredibly beautiful and it has been a pleasure and an honour to work with all our students! Each and every one of our pupils is incredibly talented and we wish you all the best and hope you can continue training.

If you have any questions or enquiries please get in touch but thank you so much for allowing myself and Becca this unbelievable experience and giving us the best job in the world to work with so many amazing young people!

One for our older students and parents, due to mature themes and language, we at SLAP recommend for those who are 12+

Our teacher Sophia is playing the part of Christina in the Centre Players upcoming production of Cold Front. It's going to be an incredible show and would be great if some of our students and parents might want to come along and support her and enjoy a wonderful night of theatre ☺️

We have a lovely new addition to our ballet class this year, Clara our little ballerina. She has been watching our lovely ballet dancers perform in class and this week has chosen to go home with Izabella-Rose for her amazing effort in class today!
