I may get to a point where I can’t move in the house for dyed yarn waiting to be wound 😹

6 weeks post hand op and I can dye yarn if I’m careful but haven’t got the strength or grip to wind it yet, I’ve already called favour of the youngest child to rinse it for me and Mr AWTEW is away for a while with work….

Did you know I have over 30 different shades of grey on a variety of bases?

And they have been quite popular lately so I decided to try and manage a small amount of dyeing this week, nothing too exciting just some more grey semi solids to join the rest.

I still needed to get Mr AWTEW to wash them and the youngest child to wind them as I can’t do that just yet, but I’m getting there slowly.

I often get asked how Midsummer Nights Dream looks in a project - so I thought I’d post a few examples on here for everyone to see.

Before my surgery I spent days dyeing lots of these on a few different bases, quite a few had been oos for a while. That means I have plenty to take to this weekend and I’m sure they’ll be some left for next month.
