BALLET+BABY is a pre and post natal ballet and barre style exercise class where you can safely dance with your baby while improving your fitness.

🩰 No previous ballet experience required!
🎶 Moving to the calming classical and familiar instrumental music will be a workout for you as well as a relaxing ride for your baby.
👍🏻 No term booking needed and weekly PAYG options.

Classes are designed to be baby-wearing, but you are welcome to also have your little one in a pram or bring a blanket to have them on the floor next to you.

🩰BALLET+BABY BOP (15m - 3yrs)
Enjoy class with your little one as they take their first dancing steps. Experience different music and stay stimulated with lots of sensory props and instruments.

🩰BALLET+BABY BOUNCE (3-4yrs)
An imaginative pre school class teaching the beginnings of ballet technique. Exploring how our body moves to different music and going on lots of dancing adventures.

🎵BALLET+BABY BEAT (3-4yrs)
A first touch on tap dancing. Learning how we can make different sounds in lots
of rhythm patterns. Having fun making lots of noise!

Classes are a combination of:
🩰Dance
🎶 Music
🎉 Sensory fun with props

We aim to create an exciting and engaging environment where we will focus on:
✓Coordination
✓Creativity
✓Confidence
✓Musicality

New term and new classes! Tuesday classes will still run as normal.

Friday classes will be at the Scout Hall in Ashtead at 11:15am -12:00.

Join us to start strengthening your body while you have a delightful dance with your baby!

This class is applicable for ladies in all 3 trimesters of pregnancy and anyone who is postnatal (no matter how old your little ones are, and you don't need to bring a baby with you!)

We may have had the week off classes, but half term has been full of ballet!

Our very first baby from BALLET+BABY, who danced with mummy in the sling, and then went on to join the BOP and BOUNCE classes is now a 4 year old "big girl" competing on stage on her own for the very first time.

Evangeline, you danced beautifully, showing you lovely technique, super stretched feet, and a gorgeous smile.

She sang and danced her way to a 1st place gold medal 🥇 and gained a high enough mark to qualify and go through to the regional stages of the All England Dance Competition.

Thank you to the Susan Robinson School of Performing Arts for keeping her love of ballet alive and allowing her to learn from the very best teachers 💖

Our new evening class is specifically tailored for pregnant ladies who are still working and mummies who have finished their maternity leave and so can no longer do the morning classes.

This class is suitable to ladies in all 3 trimesters of pregnancy and for anyone who has had a baby (no matter how old they may be now!)

We will focus on key areas of prenatal strengthening and postnatal rehabilitation.

£5 trial class and then flexible payment options after.
