Monday 6.45pm - Level 2/beginners +
Monday 8pm - Level 3/intermedi

Wednesday 10am - Level 1-4/mixed ability
Wednesday 6.30pm - Level 2/beginners +

Friday 7pm - Level 1/new beginners (starts June 6)
Friday 8.15pm - Level 1-3 mixed ability

and I shook our asses this morning and magic dust fell out, all over the studio. Everyone got their handspring, so I decided to put my big girl pants on and try to handspring for the first time since having my entire rotator cuff repaired.

The studio recipe to get the perfect video…

Take one spin combo, add one student in the camera role who will do anything to film at the perfect angle, then film anything from 1-100 times.
Season lightly with the students who don’t want to get in the way running and hiding.
