Monday 6.45pm - Level 2/beginners +
Monday 8pm - Level 3/intermedi

Wednesday 10am - Level 1-4/mixed ability
Wednesday 6.30pm - Level 2/beginners +

Friday 7pm - Level 1/new beginners (starts June 6)
Friday 8.15pm - Level 1-3 mixed ability

Getting older is an inevitable part of life, and though it has become something of a cliche to say, it IS a privilege.

It brings the wisdom to say, if they are going to say stuff about you regardless, you may as well do what you want anyway.

So here’s to pole dancers, who maybe have more experience than most in not giving a s**t what people say. And if you’re an OG pole dancer, remember this industry simply wouldn’t exist without you. You’re my kind of people 🥂
