At Elements Studio we love to be that little bit different. We understand that a lot of people don't find conventional exercise very interesting. We like to spice things up a bit by offering alternative, fun exercise classes which will have you smiling from start to finish. There is no stereotype here at Elements. Whether you are completely new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, we encourage everybody to start or continue their fitness journey with us. Don’t be nervous, our friendly instructors will look after you! We don't like the idea of someone feeling 'lost in a crowd' of 20 participants. We want to give you a personal fitness experience at Elements Studio and for this reason, our classes operate at an 8 person max. This way you get to spend more time with your instructor, progress quicker and get to know the other people in your class. This gives you value for money and peace of mind knowing your instructor is available to assist at all times. We are very lucky to own our studio space so we don’t encounter expensive costs to rent and we can therefore pass these savings on to you. This also means we can be far more accommodating with our timetable and offer more time slots. Private tuition available 7 days a week. Daytimes and evenings. Want to find out more? Visit our website www.elements-studio.co.uk
We'd love to hear from you, so please reach out if you have any questions for us! We look forward to meeting you soon!

Yesterday for Abi’s first day back at the studio, our Tuesday 5pm children’s aerial hoop class had a little surprise waiting for her! 😍

The girls performed a short piece they’d been working on, which was a surprise for Abi to say ‘𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓵𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼!’ 💍

Thank you, girls, for making Abi feel so special and giving her such a lovely welcome back 🩷

We think it’s very safe to say Abi has been very missed by everyone over the last three and a half weeks and we’re so happy to have her back! 🩵🩵🩵✨

One of the most special things about Elements is the friendships that grow from it. What starts as just coming along to a class, can turn into the most incredible lifelong friendships 🥹🩵

Jade & Mike surprised us with these gorgeous sunflowers and the sweetest congratulations card to celebrate the new Folkestone studio. And if that wasn’t thoughtful enough, the card was written in French especially for François! 🥹🌻🇫🇷

It’s gestures like this that remind us just how much Elements has brought into our lives. We feel incredibly lucky to have met such wonderful people through the studio, who have become such good friends to us 🥹

And guess what, even Jade & Mike actually met at Elements, too! 🥰 How lovely is THAT?! 🩵🩷

Thank you both for thinking of us and for sharing in the excitement of this new chapter. We are just so grateful to have so many wonderful people around us. We are really feeling the love!! 🥰🩵🩵🩵

𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 🩵 For some, it’s about building strength, pushing physical limits and achieving moves they never thought possible. For others, it’s about confidence, learning to love their bodies and discovering just how capable they really are 🩷

For some, it’s a creative outlet. A chance to express themselves, feel good, move around, just let go and embrace a more confident side of themselves. For others, it’s about having something that belongs entirely to them, away from the pressures and stresses of everyday life 💕

Sometimes, it’s about the buzz of finally nailing that move you’ve been working on for weeks. Sometimes, it’s about laughing your way through a lesson, celebrating somebody else’s achievement or having a room full of women cheering you on when you get it right 🥹

And sometimes, it’s simply about turning up on a day when life feels overwhelming, being able to switch off from everything else for an hour and leaving feeling a little lighter than when you arrived 🩵

Speaking of which… ✨ TJ ✨ we absolutely love these photos of you. You look so beautifully poised and just WOW, look how far you have come since you first started. You are becoming such an incredible poler with such a varied skill set 👏🏻 💪🏻 💕

Congratulations on your well deserved progress, your hard work is definitely paying off! We are so happy to have you at Elements with us! 🩵🩵🩵

Oh my goodness, our hearts are just so incredibly full right now! 🥹🩵✨

The biggest thank you to our Sunday 5:45pm pole girls for organising this super sweet surprise celebration, in honour of the new Folkestone studio! We honestly weren’t expecting it and we’re feeling very, very loved right now! 🥰

One of the most beautiful things about Elements is the friendships that grow here. What starts as simply coming along to a class can turn into finding your people, making memories and building friendships that last a lifetime 🥹🩵

All of this applies to our team too! 🥹🥹🥹
Whilst we might be the ones teaching the classes, we’re also getting to be part of this incredible community, making memories with you and building friendships right alongside you all 💖

We feel so lucky to have so many friends supporting us and cheering us on! Thank you so so so much for making this new chapter in Folkestone feel even more special. We love our Elements community SO much! 🩵🦋✨

There’s something really special, as a woman, about being surrounded by other women who genuinely want to see you succeed. The ones who cheer you on, clap for you and celebrate your achievements as if they were their very own 🥹🩵

That’s exactly what our Friday 6pm hoop class was all about tonight! Lifting each other up, celebrating everyone’s progress and reminding each other that we’re capable of so much more than we think 🫶🏻

Find your people. The ones who celebrate you, encourage you, truly want you to succeed and make you feel like you can fly 🥹✨

Great work tonight girls 🩷🩷🩷

The Wednesday 8:30pm pole girls have become such good friends, that some of them decided to get together for a private aerial hoop lesson at the weekend! 🥹🩵

And honestly, this is what we love *so much* about our studio! We adore seeing friendships like this blossom and turn into something really special 🌸

Coming to a class at Elements is almost always never just about the fitness. It’s about the friendships you make along the way, the people who cheer you on, celebrate with you, the laughs you share and the memories you create together. Before you know it, your classmates become your friends and the studio becomes so much more than just a place to train 🥹✨

These girls are proof that sometimes you come for the pole, but stay for the friendships! 🥹🩵🩵🩵

Here’s a little bit of proof that going outside your comfort zone can lead to some pretty amazing things! ✨

Ancella stepped outside her usual routine and joined a hoop class that wasn’t her normal session. She didn’t know anyone who was going to be there but she was brave and came along anyway! 🥹

She not only challenged herself and achieved SO much during the lesson but also made some lovely new hoop friends along the way 🥹🩷

Sometimes, all it takes is saying yes to something a little different. You never know what you might achieve, who you might meet, or how much you might enjoy it! 🥰

Great work, Ancella! 🙌🏻
Fantastic session tonight 🩵🩵🩵

When Zara first saw this move, she wasn’t sure she was going to get it 🫣

But she kept trying…
And then……. 𝕤𝕙𝕖 𝕘𝕠𝕥 𝕚𝕥!!!! 💪🏻

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and what we want to achieve is simply that little voice telling us, “I can’t do that” 🥺

𝐵𝓊𝓉 𝓌𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝒾𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓉𝓇𝒾𝑒𝒹 𝒶𝓃𝓎𝓌𝒶𝓎? 👀
What if you gave yourself the chance to surprise yourself? 💕

Pole is full of moments like this. Moments where a little bit of self doubt kicks in, you have to give yourself a little pep talk, take a breath… and then suddenly, you’re doing the thing you were convinced you couldn’t do just minutes before 🥹

Zara, you absolutely smashed it ✨
Well done! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

We had an exciting delivery on Friday! 🩵🩷
If you’ve been to the studio over the weekend, you will have seen our gorgeous new crash mats! 😍

They’re not only super pretty but they’re also seriously chunky, firm and designed with safety in mind. Everything which we wanted in our mats for the studio 🩵✨

We are actually the very first studio to have Peachy Mats in the UK, so it’s currently an Elements exclusive 🍑🤩

We hope you love them as much as we do! 🩵🩷
