We understand that a lot of people don't find conventional exercise very interesting. We like to spice things up a bit by offering alternative, fun exercise classes which will have you smiling from start to finish. There is no stereotype here at Elements. Whether you are completely new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, we encourage everybody to start or continue their fitness journey with u

s. Don’t be nervous, our friendly instructors will look after you! We don't like the idea of someone feeling 'lost in a crowd' of 20 participants. We want to give you a personal fitness experience at Elements Studio and for this reason, our classes operate at an 8 person max. This way you get to spend more time with your instructor, progress quicker and get to know the other people in your class. This gives you value for money and peace of mind knowing your instructor is available to assist at all times. We are very lucky to own our studio space so we don’t encounter expensive costs to rent and we can therefore pass these savings on to you. This also means we can be far more accommodating with our timetable and offer more time slots. Private tuition available 7 days a week. Daytimes and evenings. Want to find out more? Our members Hannah & Jamie were all dressed up and enjoying a night out in France, when they spotted this rather lovely signpost and couldn’t resist putting their pole skills to good use 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️

It’s so sweet that Nicola brings her little Ollie along with her for private lessons. What a lovely example to set, showing him from such a young age that exercise can be fun and something you genuinely enjoy! 🥰

Ahhhhh, we are SO happy to finally be able to share this exciting news…

A brand new Elements Studio - Folkestone is being created in an incredible 120m² space! It might be looking very bare in there right now, but over the next few weeks it will be completely transformed into the most gorgeous studio! ✨

There are SO many exciting plans for the space, including photoshoots, events, parties and so much more 🤩

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀… Our friends at The Hub are joining this journey and will be merging, to become a part of Elements Studio - Folkestone! 🩵

The Hub’s amazing instructor team will be joining the new Folkestone team too, bringing their lovely community with them. It’s going to be so exciting to see two communities come together under one roof! 👯

The new Folkestone studio will have its own ownership and management team, with Hannah, Carly and the existing Hub instructors continuing to play an important role in the studio and its community. Lisa will be supporting the setup and transition alongside the team on a consultation basis 🩵

Elements Studio - Ashford will continue to operate completely separately and as normal 💕

We’re really excited to see everyone come together and something so special be created in Folkestone.

For all current Hub members, please don’t worry! The team will be in touch very soon with all the information you need about your classes and what the move to Elements Folkestone will mean for you. They will make sure you know exactly what’s happening every step of the way. 🥰

For now, everything stays as normal at The Hub. Their classes will continue right up until Friday 25th September, with Hannah & Carly continuing to run the studio. 💕

From Saturday 26th September, preparations will begin in the new space ready for the launch of Elements Studio - Folkestone! 🩵

The new studio at Folkestone will be opening at the start of October.

Your workout genuinely can be really fun, creative and something you 𝒶𝒸𝓉𝓊𝒶𝓁𝓁𝓎 𝓁𝑜𝑜𝓀 𝒻𝑜𝓇𝓌𝒶𝓇𝒹 𝓉𝑜. Flying through the air on the aerial hoop, creating gorgeous shapes with your body and learning new moves is just such an 𝚊𝚖𝚊𝚣𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚏𝚎𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐! ✨

And the best part? You’re having so much fun that you almost forget you’re exercising! … almost! 😂
