💚 MEET THE CAST 💚

Shrek marks Phoebe’s 4th stage performance with The Ashford Theatre Society, having previously appeared in the pantomimes: Dick Whittington, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, although she has also sung in some of the Encore charity soirées, raising money for Demelza House and Mind charities.

Her passion for performing began when she joined the A Star Performing Arts School a few years ago and her skills have gone from strength to strength since then. Phoebe is really excited to once again join this talented cast in the ensemble of Shrek The Musical, appearing in many guises but especially as the Fairy Godmother.

💚 MEET THE CAST 💚

Ava has loved dancing since she was three years old, attending dance classes for various techniques, including ballet, contemporary, street, tap and jazz. She is currently a student at the Jasmin Vardimon dance company where she attended twice a week.

Ava is really excited to be a part of her first production with The Ashford Theatre, developing her acting and singing skills alongside her passion for dance. Attending rehearsals for Shrek, The Musical has broadened her friendship group as well as improving her confidence on stage and she very much hopes to continue performing with ATS in the future.

💚 MEET THE CAST 💚

Cassandra was always been drawn to the stage from a very young age. She has performed in a number of amateur productions including Carousel and Calamity Jane with the Faversham Philharmonic Society, and The Importance of Being Earnest with the Arden Theatre Group.

Shrek marks Cassandra’s 20th performance with the Ashford Theatre Society, and in addition to playing the pantomime Dame for 10 years, Cassandra has appeared in the ensemble for The Addams Family and All Shook Up, before taking on a lead role in 9to5 (Violet Newstead), then Legally Blonde in 2025, as well as singing in charity Encore concerts over the years.

This year, as well as taking a couple of minor roles in the show, Cassandra has thoroughly enjoyed taking on the off stage role as Musical Director, so she really hopes you enjoy the amazing principal performances as well as the incredible vocal harmonies from all of the cast.
