🌟 This Year’s Panto Is Dedicated to the Memory of Barry Macey 🌟

As we prepare for this year’s Panto, we do so with both joy and a deep sense of remembrance. This year’s production is dedicated to the memory of Barry Macey, who sadly passed away last year.

Barry was an original member from the very beginning, and his presence shaped so much of who we are today. In later years he may not have been on stage, but he was always there behind the scenes — helping, supporting, and keeping the spirit of the Panto alive in his own special way.

He is missed dearly by all of us, and we hope this year’s show celebrates not just the fun and magic of Panto, but also the legacy of a man who gave so much of his time, talent, and heart.

In his memory we will also be raising funds for The Oliver Steeper Foundation.

💛 Thank you, Barry — this one’s for you. 🥃

🎭✨ We are delighted to announce that this year’s panto will be supporting The Oliver Steeper Foundation as our chosen charity! ✨🎭

Founded in loving memory of Oliver, who tragically lost his life following a choking incident, the Foundation has a vital mission: to ensure that every registered early‑years childcare setting across the UK has access to a LifeVac® anti‑choking device — because no child should be without that protection.

Here’s why we’re proud to support them:

The Foundation’s mission is to save lives in Oliver’s name, turning tragedy into meaningful change.

They’re fundraising to supply LifeVac devices (costing around £60–£85 each) and encourage all kinds of support, big or small.

Every donation we raise during the panto helps this critical cause — protecting children in childcare settings when every second counts.

🎉 So what happens:

When you join us at this year’s panto, you’re not just here for a night of fun, laughter and magical story telling — you’re also helping raise funds and awareness for life‑saving safety in early years.

📣 How you can help:

Buy a ticket (or two!) and bring friends & family along. Early Bird Tickets go on sale this Sunday at Challock Xmas Craft Fair and General Tickets go on sale at The Barn Shop from Monday.

Make a donation on the day and purchase raffle tickets to support The Oliver Steeper Foundation.

Local businesses: you can support us by donating prizes for our raffle — every contribution helps!

Let’s make this Mother Goose panto a night to remember — full of fun, laughter, and life-saving support! 💙

Stay tuned for more details, including this years in memory dedication and exciting updates.
