Creative Lino Printing Day Retreat

A calm, supportive day to slow down and rediscover your creativity.

Creativity has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.

Whether you’ve never tried lino printing before or you’re returning after many years, you’ll be guided step-by-step.

Many people arrive unsure of themselves. They leave holding prints they never imagined they could create.

This retreat is a full day away from the noise of everyday life. A chance to sit, carve, print, and create in a calm and supportive space.

Who's running the Creative Lino Retreat?

I’m Jane.
I’m a wildlife artist and former teacher based in Wales. After leaving the classroom, I began teaching creative workshops to help others reconnect with their creativity.

My workshops are calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly. Watching people realise they are more creative than they believed is the most rewarding part of my work.

I’ve been dreaming this one up for a while… and it’s finally happening! 🌿

Join me on Saturday 9th May | 1–3pm at Y Ganolfan, Arthog Village Hall (LL39 1AX) for a calm, feel-good afternoon where you can slow down, get a little creative, and make something just for you.

You’ll paint your own terracotta pot, then plant it with a beautiful plant to take home, something to keep, grow, and enjoy long after the day ends.

No experience needed at all.

No pressure.

Just a relaxed space to unwind, chat, sip, and create 🎨

Think:

🎨 gentle guidance (or complete freedom!)

What another fabulous session with this group of wonderful people in Dyffryn Ardudwy & Talybont Village Hall.

The energy in the room was simply beautiful. Everyone was encouraging, supportive and helpful to one another. Three hours flew by and everyone left feeling calm, relaxed but energised and having succeeded to design, carve and print a wide range of cards.

Many thanks also to Heather for the delicious cake and help setting up and clearing away.

I can’t wait to visit you all again!

I’ve set a date for my live online painting workshop.

On Thursday 19th March we’re painting together on ZOOM- just a relaxed, beginner-friendly evening to switch off and create.

It’s £25 and I’ve opened 30 spaces.

What a wonderful 1st session we had yesterday at my Seeing in Graphite drawing course.

I was so impressed with how everyone stuck with me and pushed through the uncomfortable bit. Your drawings are going to be fabulous and you’re going to learn so much!

Ok, I’m doing it 😊

I’m running a Relaxed Online Acrylic Paint-Along on Thursday 19th March, 7–8:30pm.

It’s £25, very beginner-friendly, and limited to 30 places so it stays relaxed and friendly.

You just need any acrylic paints you already have, a brush and some paper or canvas.
