New year, new start. Sart your Pilates journey with Centred Pilates.

Amongst other classes, I will be starting a new class on a Monday evening at 6pm at Arreton Community Hall. The first class will commence on the 5th of January. Come along and see what you think!

Throughout January, all classes will be running under a 'Pilates Pal' offer where by bringing a friend along to a class, you and your friend will only pay half the price! Make the most of this offer and start a new and healthy habit.
