We are a reputable, safety-first body piercing and tattoo studio in Armagh, committed to high standards of hygiene, customer care, and professional practice. We are looking for a skilled, qualified piercer to join our friendly team.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in body piercing, with a strong portfolio of work

• Valid certification in bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and relevant health & safety training

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, safe techniques, and aftercare advice

• Excellent communication skills, with a calm and reassuring manner

• A focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and strict adherence to health regulations

• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well within a team

🚨 TRAINEE / SHADOWING OPPORTUNITY 🚨

We’re currently looking for someone passionate about the tattoo & piercing industry to join the studio as a trainee/shadowing assistant.

This is an educational training opportunity intended for someone wanting to gain experience, observe studio procedures, and learn the foundations of the tattoo and piercing industry. This is not an employed position and no guarantee of immediate employment is offered.

Hours are flexible

The role will mainly involve:
• Shadowing and observing tattoo and piercing procedures
• Learning studio hygiene and health & safety
• Learning client care and studio setup
• Assisting with non-essential general studio tasks for learning purposes
• Developing knowledge and experience within the industry

As skills, experience, and responsibilities develop over time, there may be opportunities for progression into paid commission work and potentially a permanent position within the studio.

This opportunity is best suited to someone genuinely passionate, reliable, eager to learn, and willing to dedicate time to developing their skills.

Please note:
• This is a voluntary training/shadowing opportunity
• The role is primarily observation and learning based
• This position is not intended to replace paid staff
• Flexible attendance arrangements will apply
• No experience is required, although portfolio is a bonus
