Cruinn-leum has been designed as a creative space with accommodation for 2 to 4 people. You really don't need to be an artist to come and stay at Cruinn-leum but you may still be inspired by the light and spacious first floor living area. You don't have to be a musician but if you are then you will have the option to take advantage of a unique environment in the comfortable ground floor studio bed

room. Maybe you want to use it as as a base for walks and outdoor activities on the beautiful Applecross peninsula, it's all up to you. There are nearby paths with spectacular walks to Coilleghille, Ard Bàn, Uags and Airigh Driseach. Return and freshen up in a cedar wetroom then relax with some quality surround sound entertainment. Designed as a roundhouse to fit agreeably into the rugged landscape, it is built with local Torridonian sandstone and limestone from Applecross. It combines the influence of ancient duns and West Highland lighthouses with the comfort of modern eco specifications. On an elevated site it commands excellent views over the raon of Toscaig and out Loch Toscaig itself across to the Crowlin Islands and the Isle of Skye. Featured in Cruinn-leum is artwork by Catherine MacLennan. There is ground floor disabled access and a wide stair to the first floor.
