We will be reviving our sell-out production of Volpone by Ben Jonson at the Woolstore Theatre Codford, on October 12th to 14th.

ABOUT THE PLAY: A rich man called Volpone (the Italian for ‘fox’) has a cunning way to acquire lots of money – he pretends to be dying, secure in the knowledge that greedy people in Venice will come and give him valuable gifts in the hope that they will be the sole heir to his fortune. He has been carrying out this scam very successfully for three years... until one day he falls for the wife of one of the legacy-hunters...
