Last Friday the Studio in Amersham closed its doors for good.
I had the most incredible time there hosting workshops.
Since it opened, my studio was filled with creativity by people off all ages. Together we painted, made jewellery, embroidered, made windchimes and had the greatest fun making the most wonderful Christmas Wreaths aided by mince pies and a glass of bubbly.
A group of Ladies came every month to make the most wonderful things. I will miss you Ladies; you inspired me with your creativity!
As Mrs Broccoli, I had so many children enjoy themselves in this Studio at my Art Classes and Holiday workshops. Together we painted, embroidered, sewed, made bridges strong enough to hold bags of coins, invented and raced Lego cars, made trebuchets to fire pencils across the garden and made lots of Hama creations. We even held a contest who could throw a raw egg from the greatest height.
I am immensely grateful for all the times we spent in there together.
To all of you a heartful Thank You.

But new beginnings are ahead. A new Studio in Oxfordshire is opening its doors in the autumn where I will continue to make my own creations and hold workshops.

The new exhibition 'A Place For All Seasons ' s starting tomorrow at West Ox Arts in Bampton. A glorious show of work inspired by visits to Kelmscott Manor by various artists of the Gallery. This year has gone a little bit different than I expected. Due to the impending move I closed my Studio for the sale of our house to fall through. I had to dissappoint so many lovely peope who wanted to make Christmas Wreaths....I missed you all as it was always the most enjoyable time in my Studio. I have started to create again and I shall give an update in the New Year. Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.

Tomorrow is the start of the Re-imagine exhibition at the West Ox Arts Gallery in Bampton Oxfordshire. OX18 2JH. My work is featured there alongside other wonderful work by various artists all with the theme of re-use. Here til 4.30 today. The opening reception will be at 12 tomorrow and open times are:
Tuesday-Saturday 11.30-4.30
Sunday 2.00-4.00
Monday closed
Entree is free and there is plenty of parking.
