We have just spent a wonderful afternoon Oglee Poglee Creative Heroes Club. We were on a mission to help Oglee Pip and armed with materials, tools, an inventing area and even a very cool idea generator we got stuck in. The hall was buzzing with creative energy but the atmosphere was totally relaxed. It was brilliant to work together as a family and it really didn’t matter if you would consider yourself ‘crafty’ or not. My kids have played with their inventions all afternoon too. Join Discovery Sprouts on Saturday 1st Dec for some Christmas crafting in the woods. Your children can make beautiful natural ornaments to give as gifts or decorate your home. Create clay reindeers, stick elves, leaf salt dough decorations and pompom pine cones. There will also be a nature scavenger hunt, a star trail to follow and you can send the Grinch flying before he steals Christmas!

£6 per child - places need to be booked in advance. You can choose to stay for the full hour and try everything or just pop by for however long you want.

My daughter starts school on Thursday (not sure how I’m going to cope 😢) She received a notebook and pencils from her grandparents as a good luck gift and has been practising her writing ever since. She asked me to spell out a secret note to leave for her brother when she has her first day at school - Love you, miss you Wilfie. You are fab. Love Gracie Mai. My ❤️ nearly burst
